Just a Reminder: BURNING OF LEAVES IS NOT PERMITTED per Ordinance 01-2017. In the event that an individual is caught burning leaves, a fine may be issued. To obtain a copy, please call 574-674-8114 or email through the Contact Us link on this site.

Burning of sticks and limbs are permitted, a burn permit must be obtained at the Osceola Town Hall. The permit requires inspection and approval by an OC Police Officer.
